VGP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on March 12 cabled a congratulatory message to Greek President Karolos Papoulias upon the latter’s re-selection to the post for the second term.

VGP - A delegation from the Việt Nam Veterans of America (VVA), led by its Vice President Jack Gerald Devine, met with President of the Việt Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) Vũ Xuân Hồng in Hà Nội on March 12 and promised to continue their support for Vietnamese Agent Orange /dioxin victims and promote friendly relations between the two countries’ veterans and people.

VGP - The 7th ASEAN Chief of Defense Forces Informal Meeting (ACDFIM-7) will be held in Hà Nội on March 24-27, aiming to boost the effectiveness of cooperation among regional armies in response to non-traditional security threats.
