Vietnamese sport delegation dispatched to the 15th Asian Games in Doha

(Vietnam Government Website) – On 7 November, the Government Office imparted to the Committee of Sports and Physical Education (CSPE) the Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung’s opinions, on behalf of the Prime Minister, of sending the Vietnamese delegation of athletes to attend the 15th Asian Games (2006) in Doha, Qatar.

 The Deputy Prime Minister agreed to the proposals of the CSPE in Document 233/UB-TDTT-VP dated 19 October 2006 on the dispatch of the Vietnamese delegation of athletes to the 15th Asian Games to be held in Doha, Qatar.

 

The Head of the CSPE was assigned to direct the realization of the set goals and carry out people-to-people activities in order to improve Vietnam’s image on the international arena.
