Youth Month 2012 launched in Lào Cai
VGP – The Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union Committee (HCYUCC) on March 4 in the northern mountain province of Lào Cai launched the Youth Month 2012 with the theme “Youth Joining Hands in Building New Rural Areas for Social Welfare, and Sustainable Environment Development."

Addressing the launching ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc asked the youth to take the lead in all fields, the HCYUCC to fully grasp Party and State policies and guidelines in order to make a significant change in the building of new rural areas and contribute to national industrialization and modernization.
The HCYUCC approved an action plan for Youth Month 2012, which aims to increase young people's responsibility to the community and the nation.
In March, the HCYUCC has implemented various activities and programs to encourage the participation of its members./.
