Agreement on scientific cooperation signed between Vietnamese and Belarusian academies

VNGOVNet – On December 6, the PM agreed in principle with the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to sign an agreement on scientific cooperation with the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences.
