Many people find jobs thanks to preferential loans from the National Employment Fund

Many effective economic models, including farmsteads and traditional craft villages have emerged nationwide thanks to preferential loans from the National Employment Fund.

Particularly, the preferential loans came to most vulnerable groups like the disabled people and ethnic minorities, noted the MOLISA.

To keep on the pace, MOLISA plans to create 1.6 million jobs in 2011 alone, including 200,000 laborers to be benefited from the Fund.

In other move, Việt Nam has achieved the targets in the Program on sustainable employment, which are considered the key for poverty reduction, according to the report released recently by the MOLISA.

Additionally, there has been a positive shift in labor structure, with more jobs in high-tech and financial-banking fields, while less in the labor-intensive and agricultural sectors.

MOLISA also said it will prioritize loans to help small business entities, for the young, disabled persons, ethnic minorities, and demobilized soldiers./.
