Agriculture sector opens policy and strategy institute

The IPSARD’s major tasks include to suggest policies on creating a favorable investment environment for small and medium enterprises in rural areas; and to specialize in quality agricultural research and technical application. The Institute also does research on developments of agro-product markets as well as the integration’s impacts in order to set up proper regimes and policies to raise product competitiveness, broaden markets for agro-products and rural services, develop communities and facilitate farmers’ accessibility to markets and resources.
