VN, Laos Government Offices cement ties

The document was inked by Minister, Chairman of the Office of Government Nguyễn Xuân Phúc and Lao Minister of PM’s Office and Chief of Government Secretariat Cheuang Sombounkhan in Hà Nội.

Under the program, the Vietnamese Office of Government will help Lao partner develop a personnel database, enhance its capacity, build e-information and administrative document management system for the Lao PM’s Office and Government Secretariat, and Laos’ Government Web Portal.

Earlier the same day, Mr. Phúc held talks with his Lao counterpart Cheuang Sombounkhan, who is on his first visit to Việt Nam since he took office.

They briefed each other of socio-economic performance in each country and outcomes of the two countries’ National Party Congresses and NA elections.

Mr. Phúc shared with the guest consultation experience of the Vietnamese Office of Government.
