Belgium helps VN in state governance, environment

VGP - Representatives of the Vietnamese and Belgian governments on June 22 in Hà Nội signed a document regarding Belgium’s provision of 60 million euro for Vietnam to improve water supply, environmental hygiene and state management.

Half of the aid will be used to cope with and minimize impacts of climate change in Ninh Thuận, Bình Thuận and Hà Tĩnh provinces. Regarding the state governance, the two governments will continue joint efforts in reforms the planning method.

The Belgian government plans to assist Việt Nam in building up legal frameworks for incubating enterprises operating in the fields of science and technology.
