Two Denmark-funded projects ratified

VNGOVNet – On behalf of the PM, Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm approved on December 26 the Project "Strengthening Capacity for the National Focal Agency on Climatic Change in Vietnam" funded with a nonrefundable aid of US$ 498,000 by the Danish Government through the Danish Embassy in Vietnam.

On the same day, Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm also ratified the Project "Management Information System for Mangrove Forests in Northern Coast of Vietnam in Mitigating Impacts Caused by Global Climatic Change" granted with a nonrefundable aid of US$ 499,731.70 by the Danish Government through its embassy in Vietnam.

The Deputy PM assigned the Ministry of Resource and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to respectively complete documents of the two projects (taking into account the relevant agencies’ comments), approve and sign them with the Danish side, and organize the implementation in line with the current stipulations.
