According to the Government chief, there are great potentials for bilateral cooperation, especially in economics, trade, and investment.

He suggested that the two sides should finalize agreements on double-tax avoidance and tourism cooperation.

For his part, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad expected to promote cooperation with Viet Nam in trade, culture, education, and technology.

He urged the two sides to raise the two-way trade turnover to a more impressive figure in the near future by trading marine and agricultural products.

Iran will create favorable conditions for Vietnamese products to enter its market, affirmed President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
