PM receives President of Int’l Union of Notaries

PM Dung highly valued contributions and assistance for Viet Nam’s notaries from the French Government in general and the UINL in particular.

The PM also applauded the successful organization of the first meeting on cooperation between Vietnamese and French notaries, which is expected to strengthen the two nations’ relations and create the legal framework for civil, trade and investment transactions of their organizations and citizens.

He confirmed that Viet Nam desires to expand cooperation not only with other countries but also with international institutions like the UINL.

Mr. Jean Paul Decorps appreciated the cooperation between the international notaries and Viet Nam and asserted that he will do his utmost to boost up the cooperation.

The International Union of Notaries (UINL) is a non-governmental organisation. It aims to promote, co-ordinate and develop the functions and activities of notaries throughout the world.
