ADB-funded project in Thanh Hóa signed

Accordingly, ADB will offer a non-refundable of US $2 million from the Japanese Government’s Fund for Poverty Reduction.

The US $2.4-million project aims at developing commune-level infrastructure (rural roads, garbage collection system, water supply and drainage, and medical centers) to improve the living standard of the poor in the urban and outskirt areas of the central province of Thanh Hóa.
