They are the "Upgrading facilities of the Nghĩa Lộ Polyclinic and some district-level polyclinics in Yên Bái" project with a cost of €3 million and the "Upgrading facilities of the Maternity Hospital and some district-level polyclinics in Thanh Hóa" project with the funds of €4 million.

The projects, under the auspices of the People’s Committees of Yên Bái and Thanh Hóa Provinces, will be implemented from 2007 to 2009. The financial regime is that the full ODA disbursement will be made from the State budget while the corresponding funds will be contributed by the investors from local budgets.

The PM entrusted the two provincial People’s Committees to be fully responsible for the ODA loans, making sure they are used in line with the purposes and fulfilling paperwork concerned for project implementation under the current stipulations.

The MPI was assigned to work with the Germany Reconstruction Bank on inward investment procedures to do with the projects.
