Highway segment to be built against hydroelectric plant inundation

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Transport (MT), the PM gave his agreement on January 15 to the building of National Highway 12 section from Km 66 to Km 102 (including Hang Tôm Bridge) to anticipate inundation from the future Sơn La Hydroelectricity Plant.
