DPM meets with Shinzo Abe

Japanese PM Shinzo Abe said that the visit by the Vietnamese leader would help enhance the friendly co-operation between the two countries.

Deputy PM Nhan  thanked Japan for its effective support for Viet Nam and highly appreciated Abe’s decision to choose Viet Nam as the first country to visit in January after taking his position as a Japanese PM.

The Deputy PM said that Viet Nam always attaches great importance to deepening the strategic relations for peace and prosperity in Asia with Japan.

The two leaders agreed to closely coordinate in organizing activities to mark the 40th year anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic ties. 

During this visit, Deputy PM Nhan exchanged opinions with officials and representatives of organizations in Japan about measures to boost the Viet Nam-Japan relations and to organize a forum on human resources co-operation between the two sides./.
