Labor Management Office to be set up in RoK
VGP – The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affair has signed a Decision to establish an Overseas Labor Management Office in the Republic of Korea (RoK) following the RoK’s Employment Permit System (EPS).

The office is tasked to manage Vietnamese laborers and limit the number of Vietnamese workers not returning home after their labor contracts end.
The office will cooperate with relevant agencies of Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea in encouraging Vietnamese laborers to abide by the two nations’ law. It also protects the rights and legitimate benefits of Vietnamese workers as well as deals with the workers’ arising issues.
