Belgium helps VN increase technology enterprises

VGP - The Belgian Government has agreed to provide € 4.4 million in non-refundable aid to help Viet Nam improve policies pertaining to nurturing technology businesses.

An agreement for the project “Support for reform policy making and Business Incubators Policy Project (BIPP)” signed in Ha Noi on January 20 by the Ministry of Science andTechnology and the Ministry of Economics of Belgium.

The project aims to contribute to the realisation of the national socio-economic development strategy and help Viet Nam continue its economic growth to become an industrialized country by 2020 backed by a strong contingent of businesses operating in science and technology.
