VN commemorates late Venezuelan President

At the event held today in the Venezuelan Embassy in Ha Noi, Deputy PM Hai shared his deep memory, impression, sentiments and respect for the late Venezuelan President, a great friend of Vietnamese people and a contributor to the friendly relations between Viet Nam and Venezuela.

He believed that the Venezuelan Government and people would continue to inherit and uphold the noble ideal of late President Hugo Chavez and attain other huge achievements in building a thriving and fair Venezuela.    

One year ago, Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai led a high-ranking delegation to attend the funeral of Mr. Hugo Chavez in Caracas, Venezuela.

The same day, the Venezuelan Embassy in Viet Nam published a book titled “Hugo Chavez Frias: Political Thoughts on Socialism in the 21st Century.”
