Draft loan treaty and draft stand-alone agreement agreed for Afforestation Project VII (KfW) in Sơn La and Hòa Bình

Accordingly, the PM entrusted the MoF to sign the Loan Treaty and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to sign the Stand-alone Agreement to implement the Project with the authorized representative of the German Reconstruction Credit Institute (KfW).

The Afforestation Project VII in Sơn La and Hòa Bình has an investment capital of €10 million. Its overall target is to improve living standards of those living mainly on forest through generating more jobs and increasing their incomes in order to preserve natural resources, regulate water sources in afforested and surrounding areas, regulate climatic sub-regions and increase biodiversity.
