Congratulations on National Day of Montenegro

VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang on July 13 extended his greetings to President Filip Vujanovic on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Montenegro (July 13).

PM Nguyen Tan Dung also cabled a message of congratulations to Montenegrin PM Milo Djukanovic.

The same day, Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh sent his congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Igor Lukšić.
