Thanh Hóa Provincial Polyclinic’s equipment to be renewed

VNGOVNet – Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), the PM agreed on December 18 on the Finnish Government’s ODA loan of US$ 4,492,872.34 (under the Framework Credit Agreement singed on November 5, 2003 between the MoF and BNP Paribas Bank) for the Project "Investment in renewing medical equipment of Thanh Hóa Provincial Polyclinic."

Accordingly, the PM approved the regime of disbursing the ODA funds from the State budget to the Project. The MoF was assigned to collaborate with the relevant agencies in instructing the Thanh Hóa Polyclinic to implement the Project in line with the current stipulations.

The PM entrusted the Thanh Hóa Province People’s Committee to be fully responsible for the Project’s implementation and efficiency.
