Students win medals at 45th Int’l Physics Olympiad

VGP – All five Vietnamese students won medals at the 45th International Physics Olympiad held in Kazakhstan from July 13-21, according to the Ministry of Education and Training.

Cao Ngoc Thai also wins gold medal at the 2014 Asian Physics Olympiad

The prizes include three gold and two silver medals.

The gold medal belongs Cao Ngoc Thai, 12-grade student from Phan Boi Chau Gifted School in the central province of Nghe An; Do Bich Hue, 12-grade student at the Gifted High School of the Ha Noi University of Natural Science under the Viet Nam National University; and Vu Thanh Trung Nam, 11-grade student from the Ha Noi Amsterdam Gifted High School.

Earlier in May, Cao Ngoc Thai also won gold medal of the 2014 Asian Physics Olympiad.

Meanwhile, Dao Phuong Khoi and Pham Nguyen Tuan Anh, 12-grade students from Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, respectively, bagged the two silver medals./.
