VN-Belgium Agreement on access to syndicate credits and business support services approved

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), the PM approved on December 18 the Agreement between the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Kingdom of Belgium on the Project "Access to syndicate credits and business support services" with the implementer being the Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU).

The PM also ratified the project contents and authorized the MPI leaders to represent the Vietnamese Government to sign the Agreement with the authorized representative of the Belgian Government.

The Project has total capital of €3,901,730, including €3 million contributed by Belgium, €230,864 from the Vietnam fund using Belgium debt as corresponding finance for Belgium-funded projects in Vietnam, and €670,866 in Vietnamese corresponding funding from the annual budget of the VWU. The project is allowed to import one minibus.
