Eight Japan-sponsored-projects ratified

VGP – The PM has approved programs and projects sponsored by Japan through the Official Development Assistance (ODA) in the first phase of the fiscal year 2015.

These programs and projects include Ho Chi Minh City urban railway construction project No.1, Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant and transmission lines project, two projects in Lach Huyen Port Infrastructure Construction Project in Hai Phong City, North-South Expressway Construction Project, Ho Chi Minh City Water Environment Improvement Project phase 2, Support Program to Respond to Climate Change in Viet Nam (SPRCC) and the Second Economic Management and Competitiveness Credit (EMCC-2).

The PM asks the Ministry of Planning and Investment to issue a diplomatic note to suggest the Japanese Government to provide ODA for these eight programs and projects.
