VN, Laos cooperate in transport

VGP – The Government has ratified a Draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Governments of Viet Nam and Laos on cooperative strategy in transport in the 2016-2025 phase, with visions towards 2030.

The Minister of Transport is assigned to sign the MoU with representatives of the Lao side.

Viet Nam established diplomatic relations with Laos on September 5, 1962. The two sides affirm to attach importance to strengthening the traditional and comprehensive relations between the two countries.

In the future, the two nations will enhance cooperative relations in all fields, especially economics, trade, investment, transport connections and energy.
