Da Nang hosts Marathon “Run for Peace”
VGP – Over 4,000 athletes and travellers joined the Da Nang International Marathon at the Bien Dong Park on August 30.

Runners competed in three routes including the 42.195 km marathon; the 21.0975 km race and the 5km fun run and walk.
The “Run for Peace” event was jointly held by the People’s Committee of Da Nang, World Marathon Tours Company and Pulse Active organization.
It was the first Vietnamese marathon certified by the IAAF-AIMS (International Amateur Athletics Association-Association of International Marathons and Distance Races)./.
