Legal norms on land and 35 headings codified

The topic of land features a land heading, while 35 headings belong to 15 other topics, namely national security; judicial support; industry; businesses; cooperatives; judicial administration; banking; money; agriculture and rural areas; national defence; finance; public assets, public debts and State reserves; trade, investment and stock; proceedings and measures to resolve disputes; culture, sports and tourism; law making and enforcement; and health and pharmacy.

The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Justice to work with ministries, ministry-level agencies and relevant units to implement the arrangement of the land topic and 35 headings into a system, to publish the codification results on the system's web portal, and to disseminate the codification results on means of public media.

Ministries, ministry-level agencies and relevant units are responsible for communicating and introducing the codification result to the subjects influenced by legal norms in the topic of land and 35 headings; and reviewing and promptly dealing with the legal normative documents which have yet to expire but are not being applied in reality.

If any legal normative documents are revised, supplemented, replaced, abolished or newly issued in the topic of land and 35 headings, codification agencies must work with the Justice Ministry to update the new legal normative documents and remove the expired ones from the system in line with law.
