VN, Tajikistan mark 25th anniversary of diplomatic ties

VGP - Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh has extended congratuations to Tajik FM Aslov Sirogidin on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and the Republic of Tajikistan (July 14, 1992-July 14, 2017).
