Four Vietnamese universities recognized as members of PFIEV

VGP - Four Vietnamese universities have been recognized as members of the high-quality engineer training program of Viet Nam (PFIEV).

A ceremony to hand over certificates on meeting international standards of the France’s High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (HCERES) to the universities was organized on October 17. 

The four universities are Ha Noi University of Technology, Da Nang University of Technology under the Da Nang University, the University of Technology under the Ho Chi Minh City National University, and the National University of Civil Engineering.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga proposed these four universities uphold self-reliance and responsibilities, mobilize all resources for sustainable development as well as overcome shortcomings for future evaluation. 

HCERES’s criteria of evaluation are strategy and governance, training and scientific research, training process and vocational integration orientation, foreign relations, management, quality and ethics.
