Foreign leaders arrive in VN for APEC Economic Leaders’ Week

New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern, one of three female APEC leaders arrives at Da Nang International Airport in the evening of November 9.

Chief Executive of Hong Kong (China) Carrie Lam was welcomed by Chairman of the Viet Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vu Tien Loc on November 9.

Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte  came in Da Nang on lat November 8. The foreign leader was welcomed by Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan.

Chilean President Michelle Bachelet Jeria arrived in Ha Noi in the afternoon of November 8, staring an official visit to Viet Nam from November 8-9 at the invitation of Vietnamese State President Tran Dai Quang.

On November 8, Canadian PM Justin Trudeau began an official visit to Viet Nam at the invitation of Vietnamese PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc. The Canadian PM will arrive in Da Nang on November 10 for the APEC Leaders’ Week.
