VGP – Viet Nam and Russia established diplomatic ties on January 30, 1950 and the two countries will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on fundamental principles of the Viet Nam-Russian Federation friendly relations in 2019 and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic ties in 2020.
