PM approves Vietnam-Germany agreement on cooperation in fighting serious and organized crime

VNGOVNet – On November 14, Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng signed Decision 261/2006/QĐ-TTg to ratify the August 31, 2006 Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany on cooperation in combating serious and organized crime.

The PM assigned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to handle procedures with regard to the agreement's passage and inform other Vietnamese agencies concerned about the date of its coming into effect. The Ministry of Public Security is tasked to set out a plan for its implementation.
