Infographics: Gov't viewpoints to address free emigration

VGP - The population of the Central Highlands rose to 5.7 million in 2017 from 1 million in 1975. Of the current figure, nearly 3 million are migrants. The situation requires specific solutions to help migrants stabilize life and to end free emigration.
