19 legal documents issued in February

VGP – The Government and the Prime Minister issued 19 legal documents, including 11 Decrees and eight Decisions in February, 2019, according to the Ministry of Justice’s press release.

Decree No. 14/2019/ND-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 108/2015/ND-CP dated October 28, 2015 of the Government guiding a number of Articles of the Law on Special Excise Duty and the revised Law on Special Excise Duty.

Decree No. 15/2019/ND-CP provides guidelines and implementation of the Law on Vocational Education.

Decree No. 17/2019/ND-CP amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 07/2017/ND-CP dated January 25, 2017 regulating the order and procedures for pilot implementation of e-visas for foreigners entering Viet Nam.

Decree No. 18/2019/ND-CP defines on management and clearance of unexploded ordnance.

Decree No. 20/2019 / ND-CP dated February 21, 2019 amends and supplements a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 140/2016 /ND-CP dated October 10, 2016 on registration fees.

Decree No. 22/2019/ND-CP dated February 25, 2019 defines on denouncement and settlement of the denunciation in the People's Police.

Decision No. 06/2019/QD-TTg amends and supplements some articles of Decision No. 64/2014/QD-TTg stipulating specific policies on relocation resettlement of people in areas under irrigation and hydropower projects.

Decision No.12/2019/QĐ-TTg consists of five articles amending and supplementing some articles of regulations on developing, managing and running the National Trade Promotion Program.
