Policies take effect in June

VGP – Seven Government’s Decrees and three ministerial-level Circulars will take effect in June.

Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP dated April 10, 2019, on assigning tasks, ordering or bidding to supply public products and services using the State budget from the source of regular expenditures will take effect since June 1, 2019.

Decree No. 33/2019/ND-CP prescribing management, utilization and operation of road infrastructure property will come into operation since June 17, 2019.

Decree No. 34/2019/ND-CP amends and supplements some regulations on cadres and civil servants of commune-level administrations and other state-employed part-timers at communes and wards.

Decree No. 35/2019/ND-CP defining administrative penalties for violations arising in the forestry sector will take effect since June 10, 2019. Accordingly, the maximum administrative penalties for violations in forestry sector is VND500 million.

Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP detailing, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Sport and Physical Training Law will come into operation since June 14, 2019.

Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg setting out rules for the import of used machinery, equipment and production line technology will take effect since June 15, 2019.

Decision No. 15/2019/QD-TTg stipulating the realization of e-border procedures at border gates monitored by the Ministry of Defense will come into operation since June 1, 2019. It defines that e-border gate procedures are realized 24 hours per day including holidays.

Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BTC providing guidelines for implementation of the Decree No. 04/2019/ND-CP on criteria and norms for the use of cars is coming into force from June, 6, 2019.

Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BTC providing guidelines for initial public offering and transfer of state capital adopting book building method will take effect since June 3, 2019.
