Seven laws put into practice

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed a decision assigning relevant ministries to compose guiding documents for seven laws which were passed at the seven session of the 14th National Assembly.

Accordingly, eight ministries were asked to compose 43 guiding documents of seven laws on insurance business, intellectual property rights, public investment (revision), execution of criminal judgments (revision), alcohol-related harm prevention, architecture, education (revision), and tax management (revision).

Specifically, the Ministry of Finance was asked to compose six decrees and nine circulars. The Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned to craft four decrees; the Ministry of Public Security with four decrees and four circulars; the Ministry of National Defense with two decrees; the Ministry of Health with one decree; the Ministry of Industry and Trade with one decree and one circular; the Ministry of Construction with one decree and two circulars; the Ministry of Education and Training with five decrees.

The PM tasked relevant ministries and ministerial-level agencies to direct and directly take prime responsibility for quality and progress of law making./.
