Congratulations to Afghanistan on Independence Day

VGP - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on August 19 broadcasted a message of congratulations to President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, on the occasion of the 100th Independence Day of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (August 19, 1919-2019).
