NASC opens 37th session

VGP – The National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC) convened the 37th session to give comments on the eighth session of the National Assembly and thematic supervision.

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan presided over the 37th session of the NASC.

Specifically, the NASC will review and give comments on 12 draft laws and two draft resolutions on settlement of tax debts who are unable to pay State budget and ratification of a master scheme on socio-economic development for the ethnic minority, mountainous region, and difficult regions in the 2021-2025 period.

In addition, the NASC will give comments on allocation of increased State budget revenue in 2018; issuance of a resolution on management and use of revenues from SOEs capital withdrawal and privatization; a Government’s decree on customs, customs investigation.

The NASC will supervise the implementation of policies and laws on the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction in ethnic minority and mountainous regions in the 2012-2018 period.

The NASC will review and decide administrative boundary adjustment for Quang Ninh, Hai Duong and Lao Cai provinces./.
