Party, State leader receives newly-appointed Ambassadors

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong expressed his hope that newly-appointed Ambassadors to Viet Nam will successfully realize their tasks during their tenure in Viet Nam at a meeting on October 16.

At the Presidential Palace, Swedish Ambassador Ann Margareta Mawe, French Ambassador Warnery Nicolas Manuel Jerome, Ambassador, head of the Delegation of the European Union to Viet Nam Pier Giorgio Federico Aliberti, Irish Ambassador John Mc Cullagh, Sri Lankan Ambassador Sampath Prasanna WalpitaGamage, Bahraini Ambassador Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Alharmasi Alhajeri, Angolan Ambassador Agostinho Andre De Carvalho Fernandes, Lao Ambassador Sengphet Houngboungnuang, Uzbekistani Ambassador UlungbekRozukulov, the Republic of Korea’s Ambassador Park Noh-wanand Tanzanian Ambassador Mbelwa Brighton Kairuki presented Credentials to the Vietnamese Party, State leader. 

On behalf of the Vietnamese State and people, Trong welcomed these new Ambassadors to Viet Nam and expressed his delight to the fruitful developments between Viet Nam and these countries. 

The Vietnamese State always creates favorable conditions for these Ambassadors to fulfill their assigned tasks, he affirmed, expecting that the relations between Viet Nam and these countries will be strengthened in the time to come.
