2020 Hue Festival to be held

The event marking the " Cultural heritage with integration and development” aims to highlight the 20-year milestone of Viet Nam’s first internationally-acclaimed event of culture, arts, and tourism.

This year’s program will bring special artistic performances, featuring unique cultures from across Viet Nam and from other countries in the world. 

In addition, this is also an opportunity to introduce the Central city of Hue – an attractive destination in Viet Nam - to all people at home and abroad.

The seven-day event will consist of many activities such as the Grand Opening Ceremony honoring traditional and contemporary cultural values of the ancient capital city, Viet Nam and many countries around the world.

The festival will also feature many interesting activities, including carnivals, ao dai (Viet Nam’s traditional dress) shows, food fairs, and art performances.

In the past, the Hue Festival affirmed its position in the community of professional festivals in the world, and promoted the cultural identities of Hue in particular and Vietnamese people in general, while gathering many unique art programs from different cultures around the world./.
