Nine legal documents issued in December 2019

Decree 94/2019/ND-CP dated December 13, 2019 details a number of articles of the law on cultivation of plant varieties and cultivation. Decree 94 comprised four chapters and 17 articles on cultivation of plant varieties and cultivation. 

Decree 96/2019/ND-CP, dated December 19, 2019 stipulates regulations on land price bracket.  Decree 96/2019 / ND-CP regulates the land price bracket for agricultural land groups including the annual crop land price bracket (including land for rice and other annual crops); land price bracket for perennial crops; price bracket for forest land production; price bracket for aquaculture land and price bracket for salt production.

On December 30, 2019, the Government issued Decree 100/2019/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for road traffic and rail transport violations, applicable since January 1, 2020.

In Decision 35/2019/QD-TTg, dated December 19, 2019, the Government issued the regulations on interdisciplinary coordination in the management of scrap import./.
