Two British, one Vietnamese COVID-19 patients discharged from hospital

VGP - Two British and one Vietnamese recovered and left hospital this morning, according to authorities of central city of Da Nang.

The two British nationals flew from Ha Noi to Da Nang on March 2.

On March 8 they were confirmed having the virus and was hospitalized for treatment at the Da Nang Hospital.

The Vietnamese citizen

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese citizen is a  customer assistant working at Dien May Xanh Supermark.

She had been in close contact with the aforesaid British nationals and was taken to hospital for treatment on March 11.

The municipal Department of Health said that the two British nationals will continue 14-day isolation in the city’s Son Tra District while the Vietnamese will isolate herself at home.

So far, Viet Nam has confirmed 153 COVID-19 patients, of whom 20 have recovered and exited hospitals. All the current patients have been reported since March 6./.
