COVID-19 update until April 6

The number of new infection cases soared quickly from 17 on March 6 to 241 on April 5, including 44 foreign nationals, according to the Ministry of Health.

The current positive cases are being treated at 21 medical facilities across the nation, the ministry said.

As part of the country's effort to contain spread of the virus, 69,266 people have been quarantined, including 44,667 at centralized camps.

Of the current 150 patients, 21 have been tested negative for the first time, 18 tested negative for the second time. No fatality has been reported./.
