Health ministry reports 10th Coronavirus-related death

VGP – The Ministry of Health confirmed a 67-year old woman in Da Nang has lost her life to Covid19 and other diseases, becoming the 10th Coronavirus-related death in Viet Nam.

Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Minister of Health said she died of type 2 diabetes, sepsis, Multiple myeloma, and Covid-19.

At 7:00 pm on August 3, she was taken to the emergency unit of the Department of Nephrology at Da Nang Hospital and then transferred to the Da Nang Hospital at 9:00pm the same day.

She was diagnosed positive for Covid-19 on August 4 and passed away at 6:50 pm on August 5./.
