More than 590 citizens fly home from Philippines, Japan

VGP – Viet Nam has repatriated over 590 citizens from the Philippines and Japan over the past two days, reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

All the passengers and crew members were medically checked and quarantined upon arrival in accordance with the current regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.

So far, Viet Nam has organized 101 special flights to bring home 25,439 citizens stranded abroad due to Covid-19./.
