Four new cases of Covid-19 bring patient tally to 1,304

VGP – Four Vietnamese repatriated from Canada and the UK became the latest cases of Covid-19, the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control reported Thursday.

Patient 1,301 is a 49-year-old woman from Vung Tau city of the Southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Patient 1,302 is a 24-year-old man from Ho Chi Minh City’s District 11.

Both of them flew from Canada to Quang Ninh Province on November 16 and were quarantined in Ha Nam Province.

They are being treated at Ha Nam General Hospital.

Patient 1,303 is a 28-year-old man from Ha Noi’s Thanh Xuan District.

Patient 1,304 is a 67-year-old man from Ha Noi’s Dan Phuong District.

They were brought home on November 6 from the UK and quarantined in Nam Dinh Province.

The two patients are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District.

The same day, 18 patients were declared free of the virus, raising the total recoveries to 1,142 out of the total of 1,304./.
