Leaders send greetings on 45th anniversary of VN-Kuwait diplomatic ties

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc separately conveyed congratulatory messages to Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and Kuwait.
