Leaders congratulate Estonia

VNGOP – On the 90th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Estonia (February 24, 1918), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a message of greetings to President Toomas Hendrik Ilves on February 23.

On the same day, Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm telegraphed his greetings to FM Urmas Paet.
