Indian Woman Tests Positive For COVID-19

VGP – One Indian woman and two Vietnamese returnees were confirmed positive for COVID-19 on Monday, raising the national caseload to 2,594.

Specifically, patients 2592 and 2593 are women who returned to Viet Nam on March 27 via the Moc Bai International Border Gate in the southern province of Tay Ninh.

They are being treated at the Tay Ninh Provincial General Hospital.

Patient 2594 is a 30-year-old Indian woman who flew from Qatar to Ho Chi Minh City on March 28.

She is being treated at the city’s Cu Chi field hospital./.
