Congratulations to Cuban State and NA leaders
VNGOP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on February 25 telegraphed their message of greetings to Mr. Raul Castro Ruz up on his February 24 election as President of the Council of State and the Council of Ministers of Cuba.

The message reads: "We are proud of the development and expansion of the friendship, solidarity, cooperation and mutual trust between the Parties, States and peoples of Việt Nam and Cuba in all fields. We firmly believe that our relationship will be further consolidated to serve our national construction, for peace, stability and development in the two regions and the world".
On the same day, NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng sent his congratulations to Mr. Ricardo Alarcon de Quesada who was reelected as the Chairman of the Cuban National Assembly.
